- Deliver excellent customer service no matter the situation
- Must be able to adapt and learn new computer systems quickly and efficiently
- Tracking all closed billed out repair jobs for payment and ensuring any discrepancies are corrected right away
- Receive a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
- Complete work orders, return customer calls and respond to customer complaints
- Bill out for warranty claims as well as followup to ensure payment for all claims
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Work with technicians in the field with routing and other job related issues
- Minimum of two years of admin experience
- Strong Ability to manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can also work independently
- Ability to handle frequent phones calls one after another
- Past experience in a service based business a plus
- Open availability including days nights and weekends
